Its like a prepaid debit card, but for bitcoin.
Nearly anything you can buy or do with real bitcoin / lightning you can buy with CashU, and the transaction costs are WAY lower.
But you have to trust the issuer of your CashU "cards", so I'd only recommend it for small amounts.
