She also did it with malicious intent, clearly stating that she was motivated by her perception of his politics. She has literally no defense except to argue that Nick was unnecessarily physical -- he didn't first demand that she leave. Even so, the cops didn't seem to think that mattered. I'm sure some judge will try to make an example of one, the other, or both.
