Seed oils are straight up poison and an invitation to all kinds of inflamation.
Why the need to keep the hemp oil in your diet? I love weed, but it's still oil from seeds and our body works better with animal foods instead of toxic plant material 😅
This is just my own experience. It never hurts to try.
But pls get your family of the seed oils as soon as you can.
