What about relays requiring a large deposit, and after X amount of days, if it is determined that they are not spammers, they get a 95% of their funds back
I’m thinking 100k sats, and 95k refunded after 1 month if not a spammer.
If deemed a spammer, all sats are donated to relay operator and you’re permanently blocked from using the relay.
