Why have video tutorials become the only way for people to write long detailed courses... So much knowledge out there that could be a searchable web page or pdf with screenshots but instead you need enough room on your monitor to follow a fullscreen video on the side and need to keep stopping what you're doing to pauseand scan the video every time you missed a detail or get out of sync. It's horrible.
