I finally put my hands on this beast. Coltrane's Quartet (even Quintet on 'Africa' because of the two bassists) + Dolphy on a live setting in 1961 is like a dream come true.
And there's this only known live recording of the track 'Africa' 🖤
The sound quality is not very good but nothing to be afraid of if you loved A Love Supreme Live in Seattle or The Olatunji Concert.
