For the first time in 10 years, I didn't receive an order for physical media from Bandcamp, and both myself and Bandcamp couldn't get a response from the seller (a record label, not the artist themselves). Bandcamp just issued me a full refund, 3 months after the purchase. Good to know that safety net exists, but also sorta wish I didn't need to know that. I wanted that record, dammit!
