And it gets me thinking that the issue with constant UI churn (as pointed out in another thread recently) found in most modern computing environments is due to the same KPIs being applied to application and UX development as is to high growth infrastructure development. I.e., "only change gets rewarded" which makes sense in the high growth area, but not at all in the UI/UX area.
