I tooted previously here about attaching pepper gel to my bicycle. The heavy-duty velcro alone didn't do the trick. But, I added this glow-in-the-dark modular tie-down from Modl Outdoors. The pepper gel stays attached, but I could easily pull it free as needed. Plus it adds nighttime visibility. I'm excited to see what else I can use these for.
