孜然猪肉这个组合好像哪里怪怪的,但好吃,可能因为爱放孜然的菜一般是回民菜吧。猪的梅花肉脂肪多,不容易柴,还比牛羊肉便宜,比较适合我。先腌,空气炸锅炸一下,去掉一些油,用洋葱片一起炒,好吃。
