The creative brain (left or right I forget) is a beautiful gift and when applied brings joy to many often at the expense of the one creating the thing. Is it fair to expect these gifted souls to switch hemispheres after they've brought their creation to life?
Just because they've *had to* in the past doesn't imply that we should continue that as the status quo. The promise of decentralized speech and money, means we can free the artist. It depends how much we value that artist. We can contribute sats and custody these for them by hand-holding (giving them a fish) or we can press the open source market and contribute toward that effort in a way that constructively builds a tool that is so easy and intuitive to use, that our creative friends flock to it. In so doing, we enable the new method rather than subsidize former behavior.
This is a paradigm shift
Let creators create
Let builders build
Let thinkers think
The new V4V model (yet discovered) is circulating in universal consciousness. We must separate signal from noise, work with developers of new tools and support the creation of this new-new thing. Then teach our creative friend how to fish thereby sustaining themselves in perpetuity. In that way, we all win!
