I am, how can one put it, administratively under-endowed, and doing anything adult really takes it out of me. But this morning I had to tackle some serious admin and in just 35 minutes on the phone, without having any clue what I was talking about, I was successful. I'm hereby marking this significant event, as it otherwise sounds such a mundane issue.
Money matters make my head spin. I keep having to remind myself that techie jargon I navigate with ease has the same effect on some other folk.
