But I really think if they get the #CLA wrong, that there will be problematic consequences down the line. If they want #Element to remain under AGPL (or a similar license), the CLA should reflect that. We can't know for sure until we see the actually legally binding text.
Until then I would like to add: I usually do not contribute to projects that demand signing a CLA. I find the very idea to go against what #FLOSS should be.
