I wonder if the world would look any different if the failure of the Nuremberg defense was more widely understood & accepted. If people understood that they were morally responsible for every action they took, & that being a paid corporate or government employee & obeying some order or request to spread lies or participate in some otherwise shitty behavior made them no different from any common criminal paid by someone else to commit a crime, would more people think twice about the things they do? 🤔
