Every once in a while I remember how the inept court jester who formerly headed ALA's Office of Intellectual Freedom would use the words "settled law" as though they harbored some sort of magical power whenever I'd point out that the obvious logical step after going after books was going after the people who purchase or circulate them.
Then I get angry all over again.
