If my focus was on the guns I would point to the fact that obesity is self-inflicted and that this "but X people die to Y" argument is also a defence of drink-driving. (I support restricting both cars and guns myself)
aside from that whatever perspective treats a miscarriage as not a death would also treat the vast majority of abortions as not deaths, making this statistic dishonest.

My focus is rather on the dishonest trickster who made the graphic, as rightoids tend to be.
Honesty is worth more than any point you can score, and the exposure of dishonesty is worth more than most points that can be scored.
