Is anyone else struggling to send outgoing LN payments from BlueWallet?

Mine either says “check recipient’s inbound capacity” or “payment in transit” but it never leaves the wallet.

Thought it was an issue with the receiver but then tried another receiving wallet and same issue.

Any suggestions?
