Dragon Zero (npub1zs6…2mkr) Ene (npub100z…3rt8) I wouldn't call Japanese police "effective." Their tactics work well on Japanese people who do not particularly care about justice - they simply grab a guy who is *probably* the suspect and then wear him down until he admits guilt, regardless of whether or not he actually is.
Such things do not work on blacks. It's hard to know how a large number of blacks would work with the Japanese police.
