Only thing I can say about it from my own experience is consider writing down a list of what you want to be different in your life, and what the one constant thing in your life guides your every decision, then be extra receptive about what parts of your life align with those.
I did it before completely uplifting my life and moving to a new area and found a lot of it to come true in some way.
