Spent about 3 hours trying to get a very nice, very expensive, and very free pre-amp working with the hi-fi today.

No luck.

Everything short of a firmware update has been tried, but for some reason it refuses to output anything.

I've not done deep research into whether this is a known problem, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was.

Either way it was probably going on eBay, used or parts (not working)
