Not even sure what miracle he thinks poisoning himself is going to do for him. He'll still look like a large man because of the way he's built. There's no getting around that, no matter how much he can't accept it. So what, he'll be EVEN MORE emotionally and physically unstable with his fat deposits slightly shifted? What's the point in that? But then again, he thinks shaving his entire body, letting his arm muscles atrophy, and putting an ugly scarf over his bald patch makes him look more "feminine."
At this point I feel like treating him as a stranger, or worse, because he's artificially replaced the person I grew up with. I loved that guy, I don't understand why he hates that guy so goddamn much. Mom and I had a tearful discussion a long while ago about how he's becoming a person we don't like, and how should we even deal with that? All I can do is hold my memories in my heart.

I'm guessing some f-d up insurance clause and the doctor appointment he actually bothered to schedule allowed him to obtain them. Because he sure as shit can't afford them. And a while ago mom told me it was made clear to him our parents wouldn't be paying for hormones or surgeries like that. It's just... so messed up.
