Estonian citizen Manan talks about the cost of living in Tallinn, according to him the prices of groceries and electricity are so high that he recommends working from abroad so you would get higher salaries. I don't think it's very easy to move to eastern europe unless you work in tech or are business owner, the small towns in finland are good imo.
