I don't think anyone outside Amethyst users can see your notes with a picture. You are either using NIP-94 or 95 to upload pictures, which is not supported by Damus & Relays right Now.
Solution: If you have the most latest version of Amethyst you can change the upload setting to regular upload or simply don't use the inbuilt image upload option use something like nostr.build for image upload.
