It's possible, but not entirely reliable when nostr is so decentralized. You can most likely delete off of 99% of relays. Deleting off of certain devices and people's local cache or caching relays won't be possible though. I still delete from time to time and it mostly works, but I also realize it will never work 100% of the time.
