Just noticed that BARD mobile (an application to let people access and listen to content from the United Stats National Library Service for people with print disabilities) shows up in Android’s ‘App Notification’ list with the slider to enable notifications off and greyed out.
I don’t recall having seen it before. But having it show up in the list but be disabled makes me imagine the app saying “No! You can’t make me notify you of things! I don’t want to!”
