Gosh you'd think just being a paying customer they'd be able to offer some semblance of support, but their support queue is probably a mile long with their low margins.
Did your support request include the email that's supposed to be associated with the account? What's your handle? If their payments processing goes directly to one of your accounts I could buy a track and we could see if that goes through, might provide a clue about whether or not you were hacked.
