ehh, its little bit complicated than that, we all sit in one large open space so i talk with her pretty much on daily basis, trouble came from a three months ago, as I received 5 new clients and bubbled around trying to get whatever documents/info i needed to get and this caused few client entries jobs to gather rent (I will take 50% responsibility for this bit of a fuck up), however with company changing and adding extra elements to the work every 2 month sure didnt fucking helped.
