This date has been slowly creeping earlier over the last few years from 25 May 2018 to 5 May 2022. (I am reminded of Terry Pratchett's Glorious Revolution of 25 May where they all wore sprigs of Lilac). Here we are now with my Lilacs flowering NOW! I think I'll wait at least another week.
