"content": "I agree. Breaking changes frequently are bad.\n\nVery clear distinction between breaking, feature, and bug fix releases is useful. You only really get that in a post-1.0.0 SemVer\n\nPre-1.0.0 often obscures that: it becomes unclear if a release fixes a bug or adds a feature you don’t care about (or worse, a breaking change, but it thats often non-Rust projects).",
