Finished foundation season 2. The second half improves, but it’s still absolutely terrible. The writing is so bad, I was laughing at half the scenes. Character deaths were made meaningless by the halfisted dialogue and Cotillard-like performances. It’s the realm of Deus Ex Machina and coincidences and chance, instead of celebrating the agency of 1 person to impact the whole future.
It missed what the book was about, turning it into stories about individuals. Season 1 was far better!
