Scrolling through old photos, and here's one I took of Half Dome while flying through Yosemite in a Cesna 172 in '99
In High School my uncle was teaching me to fly, but unfortunately he passed before I ever soloed, and I couldn't afford traditional instructors.
Fast forward nearly a decade, and my wife's uncle took us up to 2,000 ft and handed me the controls for a portion of this wonderful flight, and I've always been grateful for the memory
