I keep coming back to DDG as well. (Would like to use ecosia, because green, and both are ultimately Bing at the backend anyway, but.. shortcodes)
Apple Maps would be the obvious contender but I was thoroughly put-off with the appearance when I first tried (more than a few years ago) - impression remains that it's rather sparse. I've got OSMand and Sygic to be investigating first :)
