Or in a sense of incompleteness. Of unworthiness. Of uncertainty. And many other things. It is a door, a threshold – there can be sadness at what is left behind as well as joy at what is present, or anticipated.

To me, love and sadness are inseparable, even if only one of them speaks at a certain time.
