Examples:
- Sent messages to the electronic display inside her car
- Sextorted via a romance scam WhatsApp relationship
- Sextorted via Telegram/IG
- The offender learned from a family member on FB of their victim's location
- The ex broke into the house, destroyed the property and took the dog
- The offender filed lawsuits in civil court and reported victim to CPS
- Found the victim's new phone number via payment app
- Stalked the victim via numerous new accounts, after the victim blocked them

That's a handful.
