The Reddit moment that got me off of r/Bitcoin forever: (After 12+ years!)
I thought I'd post for the first time in a long while on r/bitcoin just to see if the kids are keeping up with actual bitcoin happenings. So I made a post titled: "Has anyone asked Tim Draper to give some coins back to Ross?"
It included a nice history lesson, highlighting how Tim bought 30k coins in one of several Silk Road bitcoin auctions. I didn't attack him in any way or suggest he owes Ross any, I just suggested it would be a nice gesture on his part in my summary.
POST DELETED.
I asked the mods why, (what a quaint concept!) & one told me that this was not appropriate bitcoin content. (!) He explained that the subject of Ross is too Controversial for this sub. ;(
Oh boy.
I'm outtie. Thinking of deleting my 12+ year old account there.
Just Nostr and X for me from now on, and the latter site just to get my news until this place can deliver it.
