Well that was a long day! Taught Bird Study merit badge for scouts with a delightful codger full of the best stories. Between us have over 75 years of experience. He had great stories about preparing skins and the tools used to pull brains, and I talked about a good use for AI (song pattern matching for bird ID). Super fun and talked about how crows use vocalizations to call others then went out and saw them do it to dox and mob a red tailed hawk trying to mind its own business.
