My digestive system finally caught up with my new overconsuming eating habits resulting in constipation 💩 😂. Anyways, feeling good otherwise. I am up 2 kg since I started last week. Today is my recovery day.
Will be back to gym tomorrow morning.
Decided to set my workouts every 2 days. So I get 3x or 4x workouts every other week. Enough time for me to recover from heavy sessions and target every muscle group at least 2x week. I am currently 81 kgs. I will stick to this programme til the end of March hopefully reach 190+ lbs ~ 86+ kgs by then will cut from April to June. Summer bod ready by July. 🏃♂️🏋️♂️
Main goal is to be prepared for the bitcoin super cycle.
