However, in France, I have missed a train because all machines didn't accept my cards. The ticket office had one lady in line that had something difficult with forms.
Another time, I arrived at the station 20mn before departure, the office didn't want to sell me a ticket as they had stationmaster duties to do, I had to buy one on board.
