My wife had her #yegbike vandalized at her work bike rack today! She thought it might have been a thwarted theft event, but upon reflection and prognosis from bike doctor lady at Old Strathcona Cycles, it may have just been a rage event. Anyway, although the official determination is that a new fork is necessary, we think we can patch up the damage with the pressure from the skewer of the nw quick release performing the aluminum equivalent of a 'cold set'. New front fender and V-brake required.
