This is a terrible example. Kilns to this very day are made out of mud bricks. There's really nothing else to make them from. The only things stopping anyone from making their own kilns are zoning codes and lack of access to land, both of which are capitalist means of enforcing the exploitation of labor. Plenty of potters make their own kilns if they're not hindered by laws.

With respect to what it seems like you're trying to say, the answer is cooperation between productive workers. Some people now make potter's wheels and kilns, some people make pots. Currently in order to exchange them they have to cede most of the value to capitalists. Take the capitalists out of the equation and the work can go on as before. What would stop it?
