We’re proud to announce that our strategic Bitcoin reserve now holds 57.7M sat, acquired for $42,000 at an average price of $72,790 per bitcoin. As of 2024.12.31, with Bitcoin closing at $93,345, its value has grown to $53,000, representing a 29% increase and an unrealized gain of $12,000.

In 2025, we’ll continue accepting Bitcoin at Hotel Aurora and Hotel Atlantis, while our construction company maintains its $5,000 monthly Bitcoin purchases. Additionally, we’re launching Bitcoin-based rentals and sales for select condominium units.

Bitcoin is our tool for long-term financial security, and we plan to hold our reserves until at least 2034.
