#ClimateDiary i am no expert but isn’t the combination of very high temperatures and high humidity in #Texas getting very close to #Wetbulb conditions? (Wetbulb, when human body cannot cope, is 35°C at 100% humidity. Texas looks like it will be 39°C at 75%+ humidity later today). Plus widespread power outages (#Oklahoma i think). Seems v worrying. Take care everyone.
Meanwhile #GregAbbott scraps mandatory water breaks for construction workers.
