Today I learned you can download your watch history from Netflix (of course they don't have a public API anymore). I can see my ratings as well, but I don't see a way to download them.

Website > Account > Profiles Tab > Choose Profile > Viewing Activity > Bottom of List > "Download all"

You can also choose to download your data (thanks GDPR) so I'm trying that out to see what tidbits I can find. Will report back.
