Had the same problem on twitter. I had a guy that screenshot women's profile pics, tags them, and have his buddies insult and mock "the ugly bitch's pic". Not only was this humiliating, I'm an author so that same picture was used all over the internet for promotion my books. And now it had their disgusting comments attached to it through Google search.
I reported it to twitter but was told no action would be taken by twitter. I threatened them with a lawsuit via media then they made him delete the post with my name photo in it. Checked 2 weeks later they were still do it but no longer tag the women it the hateful post. I no longer use that author photo and rarely use my actual photo period.
