This was a hot summer a 2 years where I decided to climb Yr Wyddfa for the 2nd time. In the end I had to call mountain rescue due to the heat and strain. There was also a possibility id drank bad water. Anyway made it down to the pub step by step with Mountain rescue checking on me every 20 mins. Where a pint of coke and Yr Wyddfa Brecwast mawr ( Big Breakfest) sorted me out
