Hmm I suspect people who prefer dinner at 5pm are the ones who skip breakfast then finally eat something at 11am; so 6 hours after that makes sense.
I've always been more of a later diner when eating out, 7.30pm or so. I don't even mind an 8.30pm sitting if necessary, at least they're not wanting your table back for the next booking and you can take your time.
