If you want to host it yourself (again, if the host's server goes down or removes your content, you're down. However, because you know what's going on behind the scenes, you can find a different host, upload your files, and be back in business within an hour.)

I'm partial to the self-hosting option. You develop a skill that serves you the rest of your life, and you're never truly de-platformed, just down until you upload your content to another server. Worse case you can always host it on your own computer in a bathroom in Colorado if you want, and that's much harder to remove your content from.
