In 2019, 18-year-old Karina Roque from Brazil lured her young brother, Maycon Roque, into her bedroom under the pretense of playing a game and then suffocated him with a pillow.
She then proceeded to mutilate his body before cannibalizing his ‘severed penis’.
Detectives described the victim’s corpse as having grotesque injuries.
His head was partially decapitated, there were knife wounds to the wrists, both eyeballs had been pierced, and the feet had been burned.
Karina claimed she had “cut off her brother’s genital organs and eaten them.” She was arrested and charged with her brother’s murder.
