My biggest criticism with this article is the last paragraph. There are absolutely ways of doing AI that are based on logical reasoning and more appropriate for math - but they're just not LLMs and it's disingenuous that this article equates AI with LLM.
ML, Neural Networks, etc. are far more useful for this kind of stuff. Using LLM for math is trying to fit a square peg into a round hole.
