I'm pissed, this team i'm leading had zero drive to understand and learn. I have to constantly poke and prod for them to do anything. They act like mutes in meetings and when I assign them things to work on, its like "yo this didn't work" but never start trying to make it to work.

most fucked up part about this whole thing is we are all learning about the project at the same time. I have a shit tonne of questions every single day and they don't.

How does one lead people when they can't self-start? They should be fired
